…Or so you could call it.
For those of you who know me, you’ve seen (or at least I hope you’ve seen) the transformation of my body over the past few years. Especially this past year, I’ve essentially become addicted to health, nutrition, fitness and sculpting the best body possible, both inside and out. I went from a 100 pound scrawny freshman in high school, to a solid 160 pound freshman in college. I’ll admit that a few of those extra lb’s are due, thankfully, to the addition of some height and bone growth, but overall I was able to pack on roughly 40 pounds of lean muscle in about 3 years.
Within the past 5 months, I've also developed an addiction to CrossFit (for which an additional post will be published soon)!
Attention please: My hopes for this blog are simple. I’m going to go with the flow for now, but I plan on periodically posting thoughts, pictures, videos, tips, workouts, nutrition facts, recipes and anything else I can possibly conjure up in relation to helping YOU build a better body. I will also continue with stories on my journey and future plans, which will hopefully be of interest to a few looking either for inspiration or just some plain old entertainment (I promise to throw some crazy anecdotes in here every now and then). But for now, sit back, relax and enjoy… Then get your ass up and get workin’!
